SAFETY & SUPPORT

When you need help

The Registry is not an emergency service. Website forms and Registry email addresses are not monitored as crisis lines and should not be used for urgent medical or safety needs.

Immediate danger or medical emergency

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, is severely ill, has lost consciousness, is having a seizure, has severe confusion, or otherwise needs urgent medical attention, contact the local emergency service for your location or seek emergency medical care.

Emotional or mental-health crisis

If you need immediate crisis support, use an appropriate local crisis service. For an international directory of crisis and helpline resources, visit Find A Helpline ↗.

Registry support is different from clinical care

support@psychedelicexperienceregistry.org is for technical and access problems. It does not provide clinical assessment, medication advice, dosing advice, substance-identification advice, or emergency intervention.

Reporting is not a request for rescue or medical response. Safety-event entries are stored as participant-reported Registry data and are not actively monitored for emergencies.

Reporting an experience or safety event

Participants may document safety events within their own Registry episode when the relevant form is available. A Registry report is observational data; submitting it does not replace contacting a healthcare professional, poison center, emergency service, law-enforcement agency, regulator, or other appropriate service when one is needed.

Privacy when asking for help

Do not send your private access key by email. When contacting support, provide only the minimum information needed to explain the technical issue.
