Purpose and scope
The Psychedelic Experience Registry is an observational, participant-powered platform operated by Julie-Renee.org LLC. It documents self-reported experiences, context, safety, wellbeing, and outcomes over time. The Registry is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, emergency service, legal service, or source of individualized medical treatment.
Not medical, dosing, procurement, or legal advice
Nothing on this site should be interpreted as an instruction to obtain, select, prepare, manufacture, dose, combine, administer, or use a psychedelic or other substance. The Registry does not provide individualized medical or legal advice. Laws vary by jurisdiction and can change.
Eligibility and participant responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to create participant access. Keep your participant ID and access key private. Do not share another person's account, impersonate another participant, attempt to access data that is not yours, submit malicious code, interfere with the service, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Accuracy of participant-entered information
Registry information is primarily self-reported. Participants should answer in good faith, but the Registry cannot independently verify the identity, composition, amount, source, or effect of a reported substance or every event described. Public and research interpretation must account for self-report limitations.
Research participation
Using the Registry does not require research participation. Research permission is a separate voluntary choice. The current platform does not claim IRB approval, institutional sponsorship, or government endorsement unless a specific future study page expressly states otherwise.
Availability and changes
The Registry may be updated, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, research-governance, or operational reasons. Features, questionnaires, policies, and research instruments may change over time, with versioning used where appropriate.
Third-party resources and links
The site may link to government agencies, research sources, crisis resources, event organizers, and other third parties. A link does not imply endorsement, control, or responsibility for the third party's content, privacy practices, availability, or services.
Intellectual property and research instruments
Registry-original text, design, software, and data structures may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party research instruments remain subject to their own attribution, licensing, and reuse terms. The Registry does not claim ownership of third-party instruments.
Limitation and responsible use
Use of the site is at your own discretion. Because the Registry relies on participant self-report and evolving public information, it should not be your sole source for urgent medical, legal, safety, or policy decisions. Where permitted by applicable law, the Registry and its operator disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular clinical or legal purpose.
